What happens after the 30-day trial?
30 days of full functionality. After that, Merlin Project becomes a free viewer; you keep read access to all your project files. To continue editing, choose a monthly or annual subscription directly in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any subscription during its term, the monthly one just as the annual one. After you cancel, it runs until the end of the period you paid for and then ends without renewing. Where you cancel depends on where you bought. The steps for PW Store, App Store and Setapp are in the FAQ on cancelling.
I already bought Merlin Project and want to download the software again.
Open our download page and the download starts automatically. Your subscription stays valid; simply sign in with it after installing. If you bought through the App Store or Setapp, download the app there again.
Is there a student or education discount?
Yes. Educational institutions and students receive discounted terms. Contact us for details.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
When you purchase through our PW Store, you automatically receive an invoice from our payment provider Paddle. From 10 licenses you also benefit from our volume discount.
The licenses are valid per user. The sales tax (VAT/GST) is included in the prices.
Currencies not listed are calculated on the basis of the Euro.
